Trophy buck story about more than hunting
Campbell, a Leelanau County commissioner candidate for District 5, writes for a number of statewide publications. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Passing Along the Heritage foundation, which specializes in helping young and disabled people.
“I believe that the stories of special needs people should be cherished and spread near and far,” Campbell said. “It amazes me when people who face more than their share of challenges develop a special zeal for life. We can learn from them.”
